I firmly believe keeping your mind and body busy is the key to mental wellness. Sure, things go bad at times, but working through them is the key. A great way to keep yourself busy, and sharp, both mentally and physically, is to be creative; and what I mean is to create things. Not long ago everyone was a farmer, played a musical instrument, painted, wrote, or drew… where have those times gone? We now blitz ourselves with useless information via the internet, smart phone, and tv, while doing absolutely nothing productive. I’m in the middle of another big creative project, and I want to show you how you can do the same, and cancel our daily noise, with beautiful creativity.
